The S.A.F.E.R. Method
S.A.F.E.R. is the framework I use in every session. It’s specific to how I actually work, not a generic list of talking points. It gives our work a clear path while still leaving room for it to be personal and flexible.

One letter at a time
S
Naming what you’re actually feeling, needing, avoiding, or carrying.
A
Learning to stop shaming yourself for the ways you learned to survive.
F
Releasing the guilt, old stories, and inherited beliefs that keep you stuck.
E
Identifying the patterns and beliefs that no longer serve who you’re becoming.
R
Creating the relationships, boundaries, and self‑trust you actually want, on purpose.

How it works in session
Early sessions tend to focus on noticing: catching the moments you shrink yourself, override your own no, or brace for someone else’s disappointment. From there, we build tools you can actually use that same week, then circle back to the older patterns underneath once your day-to-day feels a little steadier.
